Pricing questions
Do prices change if my yard is bigger?
Reference rates assume a 1/4 to 1/2 acre yard. Larger yards add 25 to 50%. Smaller yards (under 1/8 acre) save 15%. Your exact ZIP quote applies the right adjustment automatically.
Are there setup or cancellation fees?
No cancellation fees and no contracts. First-time customers may pay an Initial Cleanup fee of $50–150 depending on yard size and waste accumulation, which we always quote in advance. Sign up for any recurring plan and the initial cleanup is FREE for a limited time.
What about a one-time clean-up?
One-time cleanups are quoted at $50–150 based on yard size and how much build-up there is. We waive this fee when you sign up for any recurring plan.
How do I pay?
Auto-billed monthly to the card on file in your customer portal. Receipts are emailed automatically.
