We bag all waste in heavy-duty contractor bags and haul it away with us — it never sits in your bin waiting on pickup day. Haul-away is included on every plan at no extra charge.

We service year-round. Snow that's covering waste makes scooping impossible. In those cases, we'll note the missed waste in your portal and return on your next scheduled visit. Waste that's frozen to grass cannot be safely removed without damaging your lawn; we'll mark these in our notes and clear them once the ground thaws.

It happens occasionally. Sometimes a pile is hidden under a leaf or tucked behind a bush. If you find one, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-scoop free of charge. That's our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

No. Most of our customers are at work when we arrive. We just need access to your backyard, through an unlocked gate, a gate code, or a key under a planter. As long as we can get in safely, we'll get the job done.

If your dog is friendly and contained in the yard, no problem, we love meeting our furry clients. We just ask that aggressive dogs be brought inside before our visit. If we can't safely access the yard, we'll text you and reschedule.

Gate safety is our #1 priority. Every PoopyPuppy Pro is trained to verify the gate latch is fully secured before leaving. We then take a photo of the closed gate and upload it to your customer portal so you know exactly when and how your gate was secured.

Yes. PoopyPuppy carries general liability insurance and our team members are background-checked. We'll provide proof of insurance for any HOA or commercial property that requires it.
