How does the recipient redeem it?
We email a PDF with a unique code. They enter the code in their PoopyPuppy customer portal at signup, and the credit applies to future invoices automatically.
Can I schedule the email for a specific day?
Yes. Tell us the delivery date when you order and we'll send the personalized PDF the morning of that date.
What if they're not in your service area?
If they're outside the Wasatch Front, we'll refund the certificate or apply the credit to anyone you'd like. No expiration, no hassle.
Can I give more than $200?
